We offer a 2-year-warranty for manufacturing defects on all our products. In short, this means that, in case of normal use, your product cannot break within 2 years. If it does, we’ll repair or replace your product for free. Damages resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents or damage caused by legal persons other than the original buyer are not covered by our warranty. OurHub always confirms the proof of purchase through the product model number and the original receipt.


Customers have the right to return purchases within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We ask our customers to include the proof of purchase with your returned product. OurHub Europe B.V. notifies its customers immediately after receiving returned products.

All returns are inspected by OurHub Europe B.V. and customers are as soon as possible informed if they are deemed eligible for a refund. All refunds are made to the original source of payment (ex. credit card or bank account) and may take a few days to complete, depending on your card issuer’s policies. .


Customers are responsible for return of products to OurHub Europe B.V., including for any shipping costs. The customer must sent email to service@ourhub.eu to get return number. Then send the products to:
